Everyone 18 years or older and residing where a multi-state lottery is played (Mega Millions or Powerball) can participate in Xzotto®. Winnings Distribution goes to the full lottery matrix, so long as you have an active ticket for that drawing date.

Residents of Utah cannot participate in the XzottoLotto Alliance, nor can they be resellers of the Xzotto Desktop application. Residents of Nevada can become resellers of XD, but cannot participate in the XzottoLotto Alliance. International players (outside of the U.S.) who reside in the following countries are eligible to participate in the XzottoLotto Alliance, as well as become resellers of XD:
