Yes, we do. Xzotto.com asks for your name, e-mail address, and other personal information when you register to qualify to win contests or other promotions sponsored by Xzotto.com and/or our partners. Xzotto is the sole owner of information collected on Xzotto Sites. We do not share or sell your information with anyone without your authorization or consent in ways different from what is disclosed in this Privacy Statement.
How does Xzotto.com use my personal information?
Xzotto's goal in collecting personal information is to provide you, the user, with the most personalized web experience possible and provide an efficient means to reach the right audience. By knowing a little about you, Xzotto is able to deliver more relevant content and a better service to you. Only Xzotto has access to individuals' accounts. Telephone numbers and e-mail addresses will only be used to contact you regarding winning a game or contest or to notify you of personal account information.
Surveys or Contests
We may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on Xzotto Sites. If you participate we will request certain Personal Information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Registration
Xzotto provides some features exclusively to its Independent Marketing Representatives and subscribing members. Our registration process requires you to provide Xzotto with a valid email address as well as a username and password of your choice. Information such as your first and last name, year of birth, zip code, and country of residence helps Xzotto have a better understanding of visitors and members. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of special features offered only to our members. Social Security numbers and other pertinent information required by law are for reporting income and winnings of members.

What about Children's Privacy?
The safety of children is very important to us. Registration for use of the Xzotto Site utilizes systems to prevent anyone younger than 18 years of age to access the back office portion of Xzotto.com. Parents, please keep in mind that personal information we gather from children younger than age 18 is not intentional and is done so only because the child represented themselves as being 18 years of age or older. Any promotions we conduct, unless otherwise noted, are open only to persons 18 years and older. Does Xzotto.com use cookies and IP Addresses?

What else should I know about my privacy?

Communications from Xzotto Sites
Newsletters
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter(s) we will use your name and email address to send newsletters to you. You may opt-out of receiving our newsletter by following the instructions included in each newsletter or by contacting us by email, phone, fax, or postal mail. Unsubscribe instructions accompany each email.
Service-related Announcements
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on the rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if Xzotto is acquired or a meteor destroys our data center we might notify you with an e-mail from our back-up data files. You may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive these announcements you have the option to deactivate your account.
Choice/Opt-out
We provide you the opportunity to access and edit all of your Personal Information within our member profile page or by emailing Customer Support at support@xzotto.com. Information collected for the membership process, if requested, will be deleted within 21 days from the Xzotto Sites. However, some Personal Information may need to be maintained if it is connected with billing information or as required by law.
Users of the Xzotto Sites are always notified when their information is being collected by any outside parties. We do this so our users can make an informed choice as to whether or not they should proceed with services that require an outside party.
We gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, requested pages, operating system, and the time and date your browser requested our pages.
